Turnaround Time

Shipping Orders

We ship CA orders Monday to Thursdays to maximize quality and freshness of each cookie. For states outside CA, we ship Monday to Wednesdays and sometimes Thursday's. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship out the following Monday.

Local Pick-up Orders

Orders placed for local pick up will be ready in 24-48 hours. You can message us on Instagram or send us an email for pick up times and date.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note to check your SPAM folder for order and shipping notification emails.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on any baked goods.
