How do I order cookies for shipping?
Start on our Ship Cookies page. Choose a 6-, 12-, or 24-cookie full-size box, or a 24- or 48-mini box, then build your mix.
How do flavor choices work?
Full-size boxes let you mix flavors one cookie at a time. Mini-box flavors are added in pairs, so every selection adds two mini cookies.
When do shipping orders go out?
We bake and ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Most packages arrive in 1–3 days after shipping.
Do you cater events and large orders?
Yes. Choose a large cookie drop, the PB Bar, or a full-service Problem Baker cart. Send us your event details and we’ll help build the right option.
Where can I visit Problem Baker?

Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies are baked in an open kitchen with shared equipment that also processes wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free. If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, please consult a medical professional before ordering or consuming.
